I made it about a year ago with my pals Harvey Mason jr and Louis Forster.  We have edited it so it seems current and will be recording more soon.  It's only in 10 minute bursts so will be an easy listen.  This episode is titled 'Gerry Adams reckons he's rock.'.  Because he does.

The podcast is called Pod Wallace, after Rod, my favourite of the three Wallace brothers.

Oh shit!  I suppose I should mention that I'm wrestling on Friday, for the IWF in South Gosforth (http://iwfwrestling.co.uk/).  I'm supposed to be a surprise opponent, so if you are reading this and come along, pretend you've forgotten.  It's my first match in 18 months, which is pretty good, as when I first left wrestling I thought it would be difficult to stay away for a month.  I don't envisage myself having many matches left in me, maybe this and one more this year.

Not sure what I'll be able to manage, my back has been in a bad way lately but hope I'm not so rusty that I ruin the memories of the few folk that may remember me.
